I ask that you can read through this page before booking your appointment as by booking an appointment you are agreeing to these terms.
As a courtesy if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please provide me with 24 hours notice, to enable me to offer the appointment time to other clients who may be having to wait for an appointment.
Cancellation/Rescheduling fee: if less than 24 hours a 50% fee will apply this will need to be paid before any further appointments can be made. If no notice is given, ie you dont show up for your appoinment a 100% fee will apply.
Any clients arriving late for their appointment will have their treatment time reduced, this may mean that they do not receive their full treatment, as I will have other appointments waiting. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, they will be asked to reschedule their appointment and a 50% charge will apply for the missed appointment.
I accept cash, card or bank transfer.
By paying for your treatment you are indicating that you are happy with your treatment. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, please let me know straight away so any problems can be rectified asap.
Refunds: We have a strict no refunds policy if for any reason you are unhappy please contact me during salon hours within 72 hours of your treatment and I will arrange to rectify any issues for you.
Attending Eyelash Appointment Wearing Make up.
I ask all clients who are having eyelash extensions or a lash lift to attend with no eye make up on at all, especially mascara. This has a huge impact on the longevity of your lash extensions and wearing make up means I cant guarantee how long your new extensions will last. I will try to ensure that I remove as much make up as possible before your lash extensions are applied but this will mean the amount of time I have to apply your new lashes will be greatly reduced and your lash extensions may not be as full as I would have liked them to be. Make up leaves a lot of residue and I can guarantee that I will be able to remove it at your appointment.
Gift vouchers can be purchased in the studio or online. Gift vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase and can be used on all treatments and training.
I ask that you do not bring people with you to your appointment, I do not have any extra seating within the studio for anyone to wait. I have a strict no children policy in the studio, as our insurance doesn't allow for unsupervised children.
Clients under 16 will need parental consent for any treatment carried out, We cannot treat children under 14 years of age.
The studio is all on ground level but their is a slight step into the building once you are through the courtyard.
The studio is only accessible through the main gates which will be closed, when you arrive for your treatment please ring the buzzer next to my name and I will open the gate for you.
Please do not drink alcoholor take non prescription drugs before your treatment.
Medical Conditions: Please advise me if you have been diagnosed with any medical conditions before your treatment. As some conditions may prevent or restrict your treatment.

My working hours are
Week 1 Tuesday to Friday 10am-5am (late night 7pm on Thursday)
Week 2 Wednesday to Saturday 10am -5pm (late night 7pm Thursday)
I alternate these rotas so work every other Saturday and Tuesday.
Please make sure you book your appointments well in advance, as I do get booked up very quickly. All bookings need to be made via the online system
