How much does postage cost?

All orders are sent via royal mail signed for we have 3 flat rates of postage
1st class £4.95 (1-2 days)
2nd Class £3.95 (3-4 days)
Free postage over £75 will be sent 2nd class

Your order will be updated with the tracking reference once it has been shipped

Please make sure someone is available to sign for your parcel

Can I collect my order from your location?

Yes I offer collection, I operate a working salon as well as being a supplier. I will update your order once it has been picked and checked and arrange a convenient time for collection.

I havent received my order?

All orders are sent signed for royal mail, please check your tracking to see if your parcel has been delivered to a neighbour or gone to the sorting office for collection.

If you still haven't received your order 7 days after posting for 1s tclass and 10 days for 2nd class please get in touch so we can raise it with royal mail.

There is an issue with my order?

I strive to ensure your order is correct, in the unlikely event that there is an issue with you order, such as missing items or wrong items sent please notify me within 3 days of receipt of your order.

I will organise a replacement or correct items to be sent this will be done via 1st class postage

I want to add to my order

If your order hasn't been dispatched you are able to add to your order. To do this place your extra order and select the collection option at checkout, add to the notes which order it is to be added to so you do not incur any extra postage charges.

If your order has already been dispatched unfortunately you will need to place a new order and pay the postage for that order.

I cant find the product I want

If you see what you need it may be out of stock please feel free to drop me a message and I can check for you.

If I don't stock a product you would like to see please let me know and I will look into sourcing a high quality option for you

I wish to return my item - Ive changed my mind

Due to the nature of the product I do not accept returns on opened items. If you change your mind about a product and wish to return it providing it is in original re saleable condition, please contact me to arrange the return.

Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay once the products have been returned and checked a refund will be issued via your original payment method.

I wish to return an item - my product is faulty

All of my products go through strict quality control in the unlikely event you receive a defective product please contact me to arrange return and refund or replacement. Postage will be paid for by us.

If you have purchased a glue that isn't working for you the way you expect please get in touch and I can go through some trouble shooting with you as usually it is down to condtions of use or some very simple tweak.
